The Yorokobi series is a luxurious knife with outstanding design. It is hand-forged in the city of Sanjo, which is renowned for handforged Japanese knives. This series features the semi-stainless core steel SLD, adorned with a cladding of copper and steel, creating a rainbow-like pattern. The handle is octagonal and made of stabilized burl with a wide white spacer.
