Hatsukokoro Hayabusa is a stunning knife with formidable performance. The name "Hayabusa," meaning peregrine falcon in Japanese, is a fitting tribute to this exceptional knife series that exudes both power and precision. The blade is thin, and the edge comes with a highly aggressive sharpness. It maintains its sharpness for a long time thanks to the core of the hard powdered steel SG-2 (hardened to 63 HRC). The bolster is integral, and the handle is crafted from pakka wood with red accents.
