Honesuki
A honesuki (boning knife) with a 145 mm blade.
Primarily designed for breaking down poultry. The stiff spine and robust edge make it effective for separating joints and working close to bone, while the pointed, triangular profile provides good control in tight spaces.

In 2016 with the creativity of young people combined with the experience of the best craftsmen in the oldest traditional village in Viet Nam.
