Chef’s knife with a 215 mm blade, hand-forged in SG2 powdered steel.
The blacksmith behind these knives is Shigeki Tanaka, known for producing blades that are as beautiful as they are sharp. The blade features a core of SG2 powdered steel, delivering exceptional sharpness and edge retention, with a hardness of 62–63 HRC. Surrounding the core are 32 layers of steel, creating a striking damascus pattern.
The handle is made from ebony, with a blond buffalo horn ferrule.
