Umajiyama Natural stone

Umajiyama is quarried near the renowned Ohira mine in Kyoto.

This stone is hard, but not overly so, making it an excellent choice as a finishing stone. It also works very well for producing a smooth and medium-dark kasumi that doesnt scratch. Its a fantastic stone that is sure to deliver high performance over a long period of time.
