The blade is forged from a single piece of special steel according to Zwilling’s renowned standards and has undergone an ice-hardening process (FRIODUR®) that gives it exceptional hardness, toughness, and corrosion resistance. The wedge-shaped blade geometry allows for powerful yet controlled cuts, while the solid bolster provides stability and safety with every strike.
The handle is ergonomically shaped in black synthetic material, featuring three rivets and a full tang for perfect balance and a secure grip. The design, created in collaboration with Italian designers Matteo Thun and Antonio Rodriguez, gives the cleaver a timeless and professional appearance.
