Santoku with 157 mm blade length

After waiting years, we’ve finally received a new shipment of knives from the legendary Itou, all featuring dark-etched nickel damascus cladding and a core of SG2 (R2) powder steel.
The unique handles are contoured to fit the hand, and a variety of materials are often used to create exciting and one-of-a-kind designs.
