Dao Vua has improved their already popular knives with a new grinding machine. The specs are now very similar to what we use at cleancut. The big improvement is that the belt grinder has a larger and flatter base that makes it easier to set a very thin grind. Still, this knife is not as even as a Japanese knife but the edge is very thin and the knife is a delight to work with.

Dao Vua is the top brand from Vietnam. They are hand forged and heat treated to 61 HRC. Everything about this knife is hand made and unique. Even the handles are hand made from various local woods, mostly Padauk, pakka wood and Amboyna.
