Ryuhyo from Hatsukokoro is a truly spectacular knife made from top-tier stainless SG-2 powdered steel. Surrounding the core steel is a dark-etched nickel damascus cladding with incredible contrast. The edge is thin, and the knife cuts like a razor. It’s a high-performance “laser” that is breathtakingly beautiful to look at. The handle is made from ebony.
