A hand-forged knife from Anryu Knives in Takefu Knife Village. The forge is now led by Takumi Ikeda, who succeeded Katsushige Anryu after his retirement several years ago.
Each knife is forged entirely by hand from stainless VG-10 steel, clad in a beautiful layer of nickel damascus. The craftsmanship is exceptional – the spine is robust and tapers gracefully toward the tip, while the edge remains extremely thin and precise.
