Masashi Yamamoto is the brother of Kazuomi Yamamoto, the current head of the Yoshikane factory. Masashi is nowadays an independent knife maker who lives in Sanjo, Japan. His blades are something extra for sure. These knives have a dark kurouchi finish and super thin blades. The profile is tall and the knives have a large flat spot. Nobody can argue with the cutting performance, this is a relentless potato killer.
