A professional mandoline of the highest quality for both slicing and julienning vegetables up to 64 mm in width. The mandoline comes with a straight blade for slicing, as well as three interchangeable julienne blades that cut in three different thicknesses.

The straight blade features stepless adjustment from 0.5 to 10 mm, providing full control over slice thickness. The blade is hand-sharpened and offers exceptionally high sharpness for precise, even cuts.

A finger guard is included and should always be used for maximum safety.

The mandoline is easy to disassemble for cleaning, and hand washing is recommended to preserve blade sharpness.
