Kurosaki Gekko is an exciting knife made from the extremely hard steel HAP40. The hardness amounts to 64-66 HRC and the edge stays sharp incredibly long. The blade profile comes with an aggressive tip and a slight handle offset which gives you plenty of clearance for your knuckles. HAP40 is a stainless steel, but the high carbon content means that you can get a slight patina over time. If this happens, you can easily polish the blade so that it becomes shiny again.
The handle is octagonal and made of oak.
